A deep clean is recommended for first-time clients. It allows us extra time to get all the areas that may have been missed during regular cleanings. After the initial deep clean, most clients switch to a standard recurring clean.

Your clean day is set during booking. You can view or modify your schedule anytime through your client portal or by reaching out to our support team.

We do our best to send the same cleaner each visit so they get to know your home and preferences. Premium and Luxury members receive a dedicated cleaner as part of their plan.

Nope! Most clients provide entry instructions and let us handle it. All our cleaners are background-checked and fully insured for your peace of mind.
